Position Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Specialist in Software Engineering with expertise in React. js to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of overall software development experience, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in React. js.

As a Specialist in Software Engineering, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining user-friendly and highly performant web applications using cutting-edge technologies and best practices.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement user interface components using React.js and other front-end technologies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and backend developers to gather requirements, define solutions, and deliver high-quality products.

- Develop reusable components and libraries for future use, ensuring scalability and maintainability of codebase.

- Utilize in-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages to create responsive and visually appealing user interfaces.

- Implement React frameworks such as Next.js, Webpack, Axios, Enzyme, Redux, prettier, and eslint to streamline development processes and enhance code quality.

- Conduct performance testing using frameworks like Mocha and Jest to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and ensure optimal application performance.

- Perform browser-based debugging and troubleshooting to identify and fix issues related to front-end functionality and user experience.

- Stay updated with emerging trends and best practices in front-end development and advocate for their adoption within the team.

- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to discuss project requirements, provide status updates, and address technical challenges.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- Minimum of 6 years of overall software development experience, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in React.js.

- In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages.

- Proficiency in React frameworks including Next.js, Webpack, Axios, Enzyme, Redux, prettier, and eslint.

- Experience with user interface design and implementing design mockups into functional web interfaces.

- Familiarity with performance testing frameworks such as Mocha and Jest.

- Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing tools.

- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues in a timely manner.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- Certification in React.js or other front-end development technologies.

- Experience with responsive design principles and mobile-first development.

- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices for web development.

- Experience with version control systems such as Git.Active participation in the React.js community or contributions to open-source projects.
