With global operations across the US, Europe, and Asia, they are backed by leading venture capital firms and have recently closed their Series A funding.Position SummaryWe are seeking a Head of Engineering to lead and inspire a team of 25 engineers while driving the technical vision of our SaaS platform. This role requires deep full-stack engineering expertise and a strong entrepreneurial mindset. You will play a pivotal role in building scalable, cost-efficient systems, writing and reviewing code, and fostering a world-class engineering culture.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership :Own the technical vision, architecture, and roadmap with a focus on cost optimization.Lead system design and implement scalable and secure data architectures.Optimize cloud infrastructure and resource spending.Champion engineering excellence and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for development velocity, system reliability, and infrastructure management.Team & Culture :Build and mentor high-performing engineering teams.Foster innovation, collaboration, and a metrics-driven development culture.Drive technical excellence and ensure successful project delivery across multiple teams.Desired AttributesEntrepreneurial mindset with hands-on technical leadership.Proven expertise in cloud infrastructure optimization and cost management.Strong system design and architecture skills.Financial acumen to balance innovation with fiscal responsibility.Experience building enterprise SaaS platforms and growing engineering teams.Skilled in establishing scalable processes and fostering resource-efficient scaling.Requirements10–15 years of engineering experience with 5+ years in leadership roles.Hands-on full-stack expertise (React, Node.js, TypeScript).Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science/Engineering from premier institutes.Experience leading cross-functional teams (3+ squads) and managing budgets.Proven track record of optimizing operational costs and driving system reliability.Preferred ExperienceExperience with 3D/CAD systems and spatial data processing.AI/ML implementation in enterprise SaaS products.Early-stage startup scaling experience.Familiarity with design tools and creative software.What We OfferChallenging technical problems and leadership opportunities.Competitive compensation and attractive ESOPs.A fast-paced, collaborative environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.
