Position Details :


- Role: Data Engineer (SQL + AJO / AEP)

- Experience: 6+ Years

- Location: Chennai / Gurgaon

- Work Mode: Work From Office (5 days a week)

- Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred


Key Responsibilities :


- Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines and ETL processes to support large-scale marketing and customer experience platforms.

- Leverage SQL expertise for data modeling, transformation, and performance tuning.

- Work on Adobe AJO / AEP for customer journey orchestration, identity resolution, and real-time audience management.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data, analytics, and marketing tech) to deliver seamless integrations.

- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance across platforms.

- Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and optimize system performance.


Required Skills :


- Strong hands-on experience in SQL development and optimization.

- Working knowledge of Adobe AJO / Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).

- Experience in data modeling, identity stitching, and ingestion pipelines (batch/streaming).

- Familiarity with ETL tools, REST APIs, and cloud-based data environments.

- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

- Experience in Agile/Scrum-based delivery models.
