Prarachan Dental is a premium dental practice located in HSR Layout, Bengaluru. We prioritize patient care and comfort to build trustworthy relationships with our patients and provide quality treatment. Led by Dr. Bhoomika Tripathi Pandey, a renowned Endodontist and certified Implantologist with 9 years of experience, our clinic specializes in services such as painless root canal treatment, smile designing, teeth whitening, pediatric treatments, dentures, crowns and bridges, braces and Invisalign, implants, veneers, extractions, and cosmetic fillings.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist located in Bengaluru. The Receptionist will handle day-to-day tasks such as greeting patients, managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling general clerical duties. The Receptionist will also provide customer service support, ensuring patients feel welcome and attended to during their visits.

Qualifications

  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
  • Proficiency in Clerical Skills and handling administrative tasks
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Experience in a dental or healthcare setting is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a front desk or receptionist role, preferably in a healthcare or clinic setting.
  • Familiarity with Practo, Eka, or similar patient management/CRM systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of billing and payment handling.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using computers and office applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in healthcare, wellness, or clinical setup.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
