Job Description:

We are looking for a

Quality Executive

with 2-4 years of experience in quality control and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality protocols, implementing quality standards, and managing processes that meet industry standards. The Quality Executive will play a vital role in maintaining protocol consistency, identifying defects, and ensuring the process meets organizational quality expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
·

Quality Control & Inspection :
o

Monitor and inspect product quality throughout the production process to ensure adherence to quality standards.
o

Conduct regular quality checks on raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products.
o

Identify defects, report issues, and ensure that corrective actions are implemented.
·

Documentation & Reporting: o

Prepare detailed quality reports and ensure all data is accurately recorded and maintained.
o

Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
o

Maintain proper records of inspection, testing, and other quality-related documents.
·

Process Improvement: o

Analyze production processes to identify areas of improvement in terms of quality and efficiency.
o

Suggest and implement corrective and preventive actions to enhance product quality.
o

Work with the production team to resolve any quality-related issues.
·

Compliance & Standards: o

Ensure all products and processes comply with internal and external quality standards.
o

Assist in conducting internal audits and ensure that production teams adhere to quality protocols.
o

Participate in external audits and inspections by regulatory authorities.
·

Training & Support: o

Provide guidance and training to production and operational teams on quality standards and best practices.
o

Assist in the implementation of quality systems and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications:
·

Education : Master's degree in Hospital Administration or Healthcare Management
·

Experience : 2-4 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or related roles.
·

Skills: o

Knowledge of quality control techniques and standards.
o

Familiarity with quality management systems
o

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

o

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software for documentation and reporting.
·

Personal Attributes: o

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
o

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
o

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
o

Ability to think critically and provide solutions to quality-related issues.

Preferred Skills:
·

Certification in Quality Management
·

Experience with quality management software or tools.
·

Familiarity with industry-specific quality standards and regulations – NABH
