Key Responsibilities :- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of DevOps engineers across multiple projects.- Participate in presales activities, including responding to RFPs, attending client meetings, building solution architectures, and delivering Proof of Concepts (PoCs).- Architect and manage scalable infrastructure on Azure and AWS using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Ansible.- Design and implement end-to-end CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid and reliable software delivery.- Manage containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes (K8s) across environments.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Development, QA, Product, and Architecture teams to ensure smooth integration and delivery.- Drive initiatives around system performance monitoring, cost optimization, infrastructure resilience, and security.- Stay updated with the latest trends in DevOps, MLOps, DevSecOps, and implement best practices across the Qualifications :- 12 to 16 years of overall IT experience, with at least 7+ years in core DevOps roles.- Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms preferably both Azure and AWS.- Proficient in using Terraform and Ansible for infrastructure automation.- Deep understanding and hands-on experience in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines.- Solid experience in containerization technologies Docker and Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, etc.).- Strong scripting skills in Python, Shell, or Bash.- Prior experience in leading DevOps teams and working in Agile project environments.- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management Join Pratiti?- Work with a cutting-edge tech stack in an innovation-led environment.- Influence both technical and strategic direction.- Thrive in a culture that values people, learning, and ownership.
