Hiring IFRS 15 (S 15) Accounting/GL with Vodafone Intelligent Solutions (_VOIS)About Job Experience level: 9-15years Location: Pune Required Qualification: ACA/CIMA/ACCA/MBA in FinanceAbout this Role This role is responsible for delivering high-quality financial reporting and accounting services to key local markets including Germany, Romania, and the Czech Republic. The individual will lead and guide the VOIS Record to Report (R2R) team, focusing on IFRS15 (S15), Revenue Accounting, OPEX Accounting, and Lease Accounting (S16). The role serves as the escalation point for critical activities and ensures timely, accurate, and compliant deliverables.Who are you You are a finance professional with a strong foundation in accounting principles and a commitment to continuous improvement. You are detail-oriented, adaptable, and driven by delivering value through automation and insightful reporting.What you will do Lead S15 revenue accounting and reporting, including month-end assessments, analysis of Generic POB, Tech Fund, Rebate True Ups, and accruals. Oversee external audit processes and statutory reporting for assigned markets. Manage GL activities including period opening/closing, HFM uploads, validations, SOX controls, and balance sheet reconciliations. Drive automation initiatives across the R2R process to enhance operational efficiency. Lead S16 lease accounting and reporting activities. Manage internal control processes (3C) and support various ad hoc management reporting and presentations. Deliver timely and insightful revenue and margin analytics, aligned with business KPIs and targets. Support transitions from local markets and ensure smooth onboarding of new processes. Mentor and guide team members to build capability and foster a culture of growth. Build strong relationships with ARC teams and local market stakeholders, ensuring prompt resolution of queries and issues. Ensure all deliverables are completed with minimal errors and within agreed timelines.What skills you need Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Proven experience in team leadership and capability development. Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement. Effective planning, prioritisation, and time management abilities. Graduate with ACA/CIMA/ACCA/MBA (part-qualified or equivalent practical experience).
