And finally, youre open and borderless naturally inclusive in how you work with others.- Experienced in Banking domain.- Should be able to prepare the overall Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plan for small finance bank.- Should have performed and managed DR / BCP Operations for a Bank or Financial institution- Should be able to prepare and execute Application level DR plan for around 80+ applications- Should have knowledge of Kyndryl Resiliency Orchestrator or similar Disaster Recovery Automation tool- Should be able to design, prepare and automate the DR Automation workflows- Strong technical acumen & deep working knowledge of Agile Methods, Service Architecture, and enterprise Cloud Integration- Strong ability to influence, collaborate and build relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teamsPreferred Skills and Experience :- SaaS application implementation experience: (Oracle E-Business Suite, NetSuite, Infor, Unit 4, PeopleSoft, Oracle Cloud ERP, SAP, Lawson, etc.)- Application modernization tools, e.g. CAST- Experience in using and implementing DevSecOps processes- Past experience in assisting stakeholders in quantifying risks and developing mitigation and remediation strategies (ref:hirist.tech)
