Description :Job Title : Technical Lead Health Plan Data (SQL | AWS/GCP).Experience : 7+ Years.Location : Kochi.Note :There will be a face-to-face drive at Kochi on 1st November 2025.Candidates are requested to apply only if they are currently based in Kochi or can attend the interview in person at the Kochi location.Job Summary :We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead with a strong background in health plan data (Enrollments, Claims, Payments) and deep technical expertise in SQL (Oracle/MS SQL) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).The role involves leading a team of engineers, managing high-impact data projects, and ensuring reliable, scalable solutions for business-critical systems.Key Responsibilities :- Lead end-to-end design, development, and delivery of data integration and analytics projects.- Manage and mentor a team of engineers; oversee project execution and incident resolution (Sev1/Sev2).- Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data workflows.- Design and support scalable cloud-based solutions on AWS/GCP.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver impactful business outcomes.- Drive automation, process improvement, and performance optimization initiatives.Required Skills :- 7+ years in data-driven project delivery, with 3+ years in a technical leadership role.- Strong SQL development (Oracle, MS SQL) and performance tuning expertise.- Hands-on experience with healthcare data (Enrollments, Claims, Payments).- Experience with AWS or GCP, scripting (Shell/Python), and incident management.- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership skills.Preferred :- Knowledge of HIPAA, data governance, and integration tools (Informatica, Talend).- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and DevOps practices.Key Skills : SQL, AWS Cloud, Database, Healthcare.
