Order Fulfilment & Logistics Coordinator📍 Location: Siliguri (Head Office) 🕓 Work Type: Full-time | On-siteWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Order Fulfilment & Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing purchase order processing, coordinating logistics, and ensuring timely dispatch and delivery of goods to customers.Key Responsibilities:Maintain and monitor entries in the Goods Movement Google Sheet to ensure accurate tracking of inventory and dispatch flow.Coordinate with customers and logistics partners to track shipments and confirm delivery statuses.Arrange dispatches through logistics partners like Delhivery, Safex, etc., including scheduling pickups, preparing and labeling shipments, and sharing dispatch details with the Accounts Department.Collaborate with the warehouse team to manage packing, shipment preparation, and smooth order fulfillment.Oversee incoming goods for repair or replacement, ensuring all items are properly logged, organized, and accounted for.Handle customer communication (calls and emails) to provide timely updates on order status, shipment details, and delivery confirmations.Ideal Candidate Profile:1–3 years of experience in logistics coordination, order processing, or supply chain management (freshers with strong coordination skills may also apply).Good communication skills in English and Hindi.Strong command of Google Sheets / Excel and experience maintaining operational records.Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.Prior experience coordinating with courier/logistics partners is a plus.Why Join Us?Work in a structured yet dynamic office environment.Gain hands-on experience in order fulfillment and logistics operations.Opportunity to grow within a professional and collaborative setup.If you’re a motivated individual who enjoys ensuring everything runs smoothly from order to delivery, we’d love to hear from you.📩 To Apply: Send your CV with the subject line “Order Fulfilment & Logistics Coordinator” to slgagrojobs@gmail.com
