Senior Graphic Designer – Visual CommunicationsLocation: Pathways World School – Corporate Office, Main MG Road, New DelhiFull-time | On-sitePathways World School is seeking an experienced and creative Senior Graphic Designer to lead the development and management of all visual content and design communications across the school. Based at our Corporate Office in Delhi, this role is dedicated to shaping and maintaining the visual identity of Pathways World School across digital and print platforms.As the custodian of our visual brand, you will ensure that all creative output — from social media graphics to event collateral and dynamic animations — reflects the school’s ethos, values, and standards.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and manage all visual communication for Pathways World School across social, digital, and print channelsDevelop consistent and brand-aligned creative assets for school campaigns, marketing, admissions, newsletters, internal communications, and eventsUtilize a variety of design platforms including Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and emerging AI-powered software for enhanced creativity and efficiencyEnsure visual design is strategically aligned with written content and school messagingCollaborate with marketing, content, academic, and admissions teams to deliver cohesive visual collaterals and campaignsLead design projects from concept through execution, maintaining high quality and creativityMaintain brand consistency and visual standards across all touchpointsStay informed about design trends, AI advancements, and best practices in the education and creative industriesRequired Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related fieldShould have agency side experience.Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably with exposure to institutional or education brandsExpertise in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and familiarity with AI design and animation toolsStrong portfolio showcasing visual storytelling, branding, digital, print work, and animation projectsExcellent understanding of design principles including layout, typography, and colorStrong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to manage multiple projectsCollaborative mindset with strong communication skillsPreferred SkillsExperience using AI-powered animation and design platforms (e.g., Runway ML, Canva Magic Studio, D-ID) to produce engaging visual content efficientlyAbility to conceptualize and create content that supports storytelling and marketing goals, working closely with photographers and videographersKnowledge of print production processes and vendor collaboration to ensure high-quality final productsExperience designing for the education sector or institutional communication, understanding the nuances of this fieldWhy Join Pathways World School?This is a unique opportunity to shape the visual identity of one of India’s leading international school.
