Specifically looking for those with strong experience in ISO standards. We are not looking General Delivery Manager deals with projects and client facing but prefer candidates from Technical background who understands and speaks technology.Role Overview: We are looking for an experiencedDelivery Excellence Leadto drive the organization’s delivery excellence charter and strengthen governance, quality, and process maturity across multiple accounts. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in delivery frameworks, risk management, and data-driven process improvement, with a proven ability to elevate delivery standards across large-scale, multi-account environments.Key Responsibilities: Champion theDelivery Excellence charterand ensure consistent implementation across business units. Design, implement, and institutionalizedelivery governance and quality frameworksto drive operational efficiency and compliance. Leadmaturity uplift initiativesacross accounts, focusing on process standardization and continuous improvement. Drivedata-driven analytics and insightsto enhance delivery performance and predictability. Partner with delivery leadership to identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and improve service quality. PromoteLean, Six Sigma, and process improvement practicesacross teams to strengthen delivery capabilities. Enableperformance measurement and reporting frameworksto support management decision-making.Must-Have Skills: Strong expertise indelivery governance, quality management, and risk frameworks . Proven experience inprocess improvementusingLean/Six Sigmaor similar methodologies. Ability to managelarge-scale, multi-account environmentswith diverse delivery models. Strong analytical mindset with proficiency indata-driven performance measurementand insights generation. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and change leadership skills.
