Channel Partnership Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop product and domain expertise by analyzing product functionalities, market positioning, competitive landscape, and product-market fit.
  • Maintain a strong working relationship with partner teams, prospects, and customers across various regions.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets by collaborating closely with partner sales teams.
  • Work effectively with internal functions like presales, customer success, marketing, and support to ensure seamless support for partners and customers.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of local markets, including factors influencing buyer decisions such as the economy and technology.
  • Provide assistance to partners on issues related to conversions, objection handling, and resource allocation to achieve closure.
  • Implement innovative lead generation strategies in conjunction with marketing teams and reseller sales teams to supplement inbound lead generation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners regarding technical matters, providing support to the team and following up on customer queries.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in the US region, with flexibility to work in US time zones.
  • 6+ years of experience in Channel partnership development.
  • Prior exposure to the B2B SaaS market is preferred.
