We are seeking highly skilledSenior Full Stack Developers with 7–10 years of experiencein Laravel and modern frontend frameworks (Vue.js). The candidate should have deep technical expertise, leadership ability, and experience architecting scalable web solutions. Key Responsibilities: · Lead the design, development, and deployment of web applications. · Architect scalable and secure solutions usingLaravel and Vue.js. · Guide and mentor junior developers in best coding practices. · Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project scope and technical requirements. · Oversee code reviews, performance optimization, and deployment processes. · Manage Docker environments and CI/CD pipelines. · Integrate AI-based components or third-party APIs to enhance application intelligence. · Ensure security, maintainability, and scalability in all solutions. · Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to improve the development process. Required Skills & Qualifications: ·7–10 yearsof proven experience as aFull Stack Developeror similar role. · Expert-level proficiency inLaravel, Vue.js. · Strong backend development experience with Laravel – Eloquent ORM, migrations, jobs, events, queues, schedulers · Strong experience with Docker, MySQL/PostgreSQL, and RESTful APIs. · Solid experience withNode.js(Express, API development, async programming). · Proficient with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP). · Solid understanding of system architecture and application scalability. · Experience with Agile development methodologies. · Proficiency in designing and consuming RESTful APIs and understanding of API security (JWT, OAuth). · Clear understanding of code versioning tools (e.g., Git, GitHub/GitLab). · Solid knowledge of secure coding practices and performance optimization. · Excellent leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: · Experience implementing AI-driven features or integrating AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, TensorFlow, or ML-based tools). · Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD, and container orchestration (Kubernetes). · Prior experience in leading or managing development teams. Good to Have: · Familiarity with LogRocket for frontend monitoring and debugging. · Hands-on experience with MongoDB.
