RESPONSIBILITIES
Write, edit, and proofread marketing materials, collateral, and copy for communication campaigns
Brainstorming new concepts for marketing campaigns, including content and design, with team members.
Designing and developing communication campaigns based on emerging needs and evolving platforms.
Strategizing plans with leadership to achieve the goals of advertising projects.
Coordinating with agencies and overseeing advertising campaigns.
Reviewing campaign results to determine what worked and how to improve the next campaign.
Experience in developing and executing communication strategy across various audience touch points (on-ground, online, social media, email, display, etc.)
REQUIREMENTS
An in-depth understanding of common marketing and advertising practices.
Someone from an Advertising background would be ideal.
The ability to communicate effectively through writing, speaking, listening, and presenting.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns at the same time.
Bachelor’s degree in Mass communication.
Minimum experience of 10 years.
Working collaboratively with leadership and other departments on projects.
Data analysis and critical thinking skills to review and apply campaign results.
Leadership skills, including motivation, goal-setting, and project management.
Ability to make effective and efficient decisions when planning, scheduling, and implementing campaigns.
