Position: Inside Sales Sale & 7-12 Sanand, Preference: Power Electronics / Electrical Equipment / Industrial Responsibilities:


- Identify and engage with potential customers, distributors, and channel partners globally.

- Drive end-to-end sales cycles, including lead generation, customer engagement, proposal preparation, and deal closure.

- Develop and implement export sales strategies for LV & MV drives in international markets.

- Negotiate techno-commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and pricing strategies.

- Conduct market research to analyze customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in the LV & MV drives sector.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.

- Collaborate with engineering, R&D, and product teams to offer customized solutions based on client requirements.

- Manage pricing, commercial terms, and contract negotiations while balancing revenue growth and profitability.

- Participate in global exhibitions, trade shows, and industry networking events to expand business opportunities.

- Ensure adherence to export compliance regulations, documentation, and logistics coordination for smooth product Skills & Requirements:


- Strong understanding of LV & MV drives, their applications, and technical specifications.

- Hands-on experience in techno-commercial sales and contract negotiation in international markets.

- Proven track record of handling international clients and closing sales deals in the electrical/power electronics domain.

- Familiarity with global export regulations, trade compliance, and commercial documentation.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and drive business growth in assigned regions.
