The Payroll and Compliance Officer will be responsible for managing payroll processing, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate financial records, and analyzing payroll data. The officer will also handle regular communication with employees regarding payroll and compliance-related matters.Qualifications- Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance skills - Strong Analytical Skills - Effective Communication skills - Finance-related skills and knowledge - Detail-oriented and high level of accuracy - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience in the jewelry industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
