Description : 13 to 18 years.Location : Bengaluru, Gurgaon, Pune.About Us :AceNet Consulting is a fast-growing global business and technology consulting firm specializing in business strategy, digital transformation, technology consulting, product development, start-up advisory and fund-raising services to our global clients across banking & financial services, healthcare, supply chain & logistics, consumer retail, manufacturing, eGovernance and other industry sectors.We are looking for hungry, highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our dynamic team.If youre passionate about technology and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.Job Summary :We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with over 13 years of experience in managing and delivering complex fixed-price projects across global clients.An Individual will possess a strong mix of traditional project management and Agile/Scrum expertise, with hands-on experience using JIRA for project tracking and delivery.The role requires excellent stakeholder management skills, particularly in working directly with UK-based clients, and strong technical acumen to collaborate effectively with Architects and Solution Leads.Key Responsibilities :- Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of fixed-price and time-bound technology projects.- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring on-time and on-scope delivery.- Serve as the primary point of contact for UK clients, managing communication, expectations, and satisfaction.- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Scrum, sprint planning, retrospectives) while balancing traditional PM disciplines.- Use JIRA for backlog management, sprint tracking, and project reporting.- Coordinate with Architects, Solution Leads, and development teams to ensure technical alignment and solution quality.- Identify risks, dependencies, and issues proactively; develop and implement mitigation plans.- Manage project governance, reporting, and documentation in line with organizational standards.- Mentor and guide team members to drive accountability and delivery excellence.Role Requirements And Qualifications :- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.- 13+ years of overall IT experience, with significant experience in Project Management for fixed-price engagements.- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience acting as a Scrum Master.- Proven experience managing client-facing projects, preferably with UK-based clients.- Experience working in hybrid delivery models (Agile + Waterfall).- Proficiency in JIRA for Agile project tracking and management.- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.- Strong ability to work with technical teams, including architects, solution leads, and developers.- Demonstrated success in managing budgets, timelines, and delivery quality.- PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM (Certified Scrum Master) certification.Why Join Us :- Opportunities to work on transformative projects, cutting-edge technology and innovative solutions with leading global firms across industry sectors.- Continuous investment in employee growth and professional development with a strong focus on up & re-skilling.- Competitive compensation & benefits, ESOPs and international assignments.- Supportive environment with healthy work-life balance and a focus on employee well-being.- Open culture that values diverse perspectives, encourages transparent communication and rewards contributions.
