We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Oracle HCM Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM project implementation as a technical developer and have successfully completed at least 2 full HCM Oracle Cloud project implementations.


Key Responsibilities :


- Lead and participate in Oracle HCM Cloud project implementations.


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment of HCM solutions


- Develop complex Oracle components using PL/SQL and SQL.


- Design and develop BI Publisher reports to meet business requirements.


- Create and manage integrations and approval workflows.


- Develop and maintain fast formulas and HCM extracts.


- Understand and manage the underlying database structure for Oracle HCM Cloud.


- Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity.


Required Qualifications :


- 5+ years of practical experience in Oracle HCM project implementation as a technical developer.


- Successful completion of at least 2 full HCM Oracle Cloud project implementations.


- Extensive knowledge of the underlying database structure for HCM Oracle Cloud.


- Proficient in PL/SQL and SQL with the ability to build complex Oracle components.


- Extensive experience with BI Publisher reports.


- Hands-on experience with migration, workflow components, and approval processes.
