Job Summary

The Placement officer is responsible for supporting the end-to-end placement process for students or candidates, including liaising with industry partners, organizing placement drives, and ensuring effective coordination between stakeholders. The role requires strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.________________________________________Key Responsibilities-Coordinate campus recruitment activities, including pre-placement talks, interviews, and post-placement follow-ups.-Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, recruiters, and HR professionals.-Identify new companies and sectors for potential placement opportunities.-Assist in preparing placement-related reports, statistics, and documentation.-Maintain student placement records and update databases regularly.-Provide career counselling and resume-building support to students/candidates.-Organize skill enhancement workshops, mock interviews, and training sessions.-Work closely with academic and administrative departments to align placement activities with institutional goals.-Handle placement-related queries from students and resolve issues promptly.-Ensure smooth execution of placement drives and recruitment events on and off campus.________________________________________Key Requirements-Post Graduation and Master's degree preferred.-4 years of experience in placement, recruitment, career services, or HR.Preferred Attributes*Experience working in an educational institution or training organization.*Familiarity with the job market and industry hiring trends.*Positive attitude, proactive approach, and team spirit.
