The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and executing strategic initiatives to drive business growth, enhance operational efficiency, and strengthen our market presence in the global fintech industry. Key Responsibilities·       Strategic Planning: Develop and implement long-term strategies to enhance our services in international payments, education loans, multi-currency cards, travel & tours, and travel insurance while ensuring alignment with company objectives.·       Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth research to identify industry trends, market opportunities, and competitive dynamics, providing actionable insights for cross-border payments, financial services, and travel solutions.·       Performance Monitoring: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance, assess risks and opportunities, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency.·       Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and finance teams to support the seamless delivery of fintech solutions.·       Risk Management & Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies, mitigating risks across all product lines.
