Key Responsibilities:

- Revenue Generation: Drive sales and revenue growth by building and leveraging strong relationships with hospital purchase departments.

- Portfolio Expansion: Use your excellent OEM connections to identify and onboard new products, expanding our portfolio to meet market demands.

- Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership, mentorship, and coaching to a sales team, fostering a culture of success and continuous improvement.

- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic sales plans for your assigned territory, identifying new business opportunities and market trends.

- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including C-suite executives, to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience: 5-15 years of proven pharma sales experience.

- Relationships: Strong, established relationships with hospital purchase departments.

- OEM Connects: Excellent connections with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to facilitate new product inclusion.

- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team.

- Communication: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
