You will handle posting, communication, scheduling, coordination, and content strategy across multiple pages.This is a remote role, and we are open to both full-time applicants and skilled freelancers.Key ResponsibilitiesTechno Be With You (TBWY)- Manage Instagram & LinkedIn posting and consistency - Maintain weekly content calendars - Coordinate with the content producer for reels, videos, and BTS - Share Track’d updates, marketplace content, and brand stories - Track engagement and report performanceWave Earplugs- Plan and manage reels, product videos, and festival content - Handle influencer collaborations and campaign deliverables - Maintain brand consistency across platforms - Work with the BD team for timely posting and communicationFounder Personal Branding (Anuj Mahajan)- Draft and publish professional LinkedIn posts in the founder’s tone - Share updates across all brands and ventures - Build a strong, consistent leadership presence - Manage weekly posting strategy and engagementCross-Brand Coordination- Work with the social media agency (Radhika) for creative requirements - Collaborate with brand managers daily - Ensure timely execution of all digital deliverables - Stay updated on platform trends and best practicesWhat We’re Looking For- 1–4 years experience in social media management / digital communication - Strong writing skills, especially for LinkedIn-style content - Understanding of Instagram + YouTube algorithms - Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines - Creative mindset with clean, consistent communication - Reliable and self-driven while working remotely - Interest in music, festivals, lifestyle, or youth culture is a plusFreelancers must commit to consistent weekly deliverables.Salary / Compensation₹20,000 – ₹35,000/month (full-time)Freelancer engagements will be based on fixed monthly deliverables.Why Work With Us- Fully remote role with flexibility - Work on fast-growing youth, music, and lifestyle brands - Creative freedom to experiment and build brand identities - Work directly with the founder and core team - Opportunity to grow into larger brand leadership rolesHow to ApplyPlease send your CV + links to pages/accounts you’ve managed to:admin@technobewithyou.com
