Were looking for a talented and collaborative Software Engineer C/C++ to join our growing engineering team. What Youll Do :

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support C++-based software solutions.

- Analyze customer requirements and translate them into technical specs.

- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to scalable, high-quality solutions.

- Deliver clean, maintainable code and relevant documentation.

- Assist with basic database and network tasks as needed.

- Contribute to sustainability initiatives and company-wide continuous improvement.

What You Bring :

- 26 years of hands-on software engineering experience.

- Strong proficiency in C/C++ development.

- Experience with Multithreading.

- Familiarity with system design, data analysis, and software testing principles.

- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

- A collaborative mindset, a drive to learn, and a passion for clean code.

Nice to Have :

- Understanding of user experience analysis and/or working in utility or cleantech domains.

- Openness to working on proprietary languages or platforms.
