As part of a cross functional team, you will be working in a fast-paced and agile work environment delivering quality and innovative solutions that have immediate business impact.You need to take the challenges and ownership that comes while developing a complex system. You should lead the team and also be a team player with a knack for visual design and utility.What Will You Do in this Role :- Design and develop custom applications, modules, and integrations using Frappe.- Contribute to the Frappe open-source community.- Troubleshoot and optimize Frappe deployments.- Define technical roadmaps aligned with business goals.- Ensure scalability, performance, and security of deployed solutions.- Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices.- Foster a collaborative and high-performance development culture.- Collaborate with project managers, solution architects, and clients.- Oversee the full software development lifecycle from requirements to deployment.- Drive innovation in DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud deployment strategies.- Solve complex problems in an innovative way and deliver quality solutions while taking ownership and accountability of assigned things.- Mentor and guide team members on everything from structured problem solving to development of best practices.What Youll Need to be Successful in this Role :- Strong hands-on experience with Frappe and ERPNext.- Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, REST APIs, and SQL (MariaDB/MySQL).- Proven experience in architecting and deploying ERP-grade systems.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.- High level of energy and proactive nature.- A sense of ownership and drive and a willingness to accept the challenge of daily deadlines is essential.Preferred Skills :- Frappe Framework certification.- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.- Experience leading distributed teams.- Contributions to open-source projects (GitHub profile preferred).Perks and Benefits :- Inclusive and People-First Culture.- Health & Wellness Programs.- Comprehensive Medical Insurance.- Recognition Programs.- Performance-based ESOPs.- Learning Opportunities.
