Job Role - RSM (Regional Sales Manager)

Reporting to: Commercial Leader

- RSM - North

  • Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the sales activities within the assigned territory to achieve targets and drive business growth. -
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and partners to ensure effective channel management. -
  • Implement strategies to enhance B2C sales and optimize partner ROI.
  • - Effectively manage the on-roll team members, providing guidance, support, and coaching as needed. - Oversee operations across multiple states in the North Region, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • - Drive sales through engagement with Architects and Interior Designers, leveraging their networks and expertise.
  • - Demonstrate strong executive presence, soft skills, and stakeholder management abilities to foster collaboration and achieve results.
  • Pre-Selection Criteria (Must-have skills): -
  • Strong dealer management experience - B2C Sales Experience
  • - Good understanding of partner ROI
  • - Strong on-roll Team Management Experience
  • - Exposure of managing 2 or more large states in North Region
  • - Experience of driving sales through Architects and Interior Designers - Strong executive presence, soft skills, people management, and stakeholder management skill
