The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience withSAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) , a strong understanding ofHR operations , and excellent communication and analytical skills. You will play a key role in managing employee lifecycle transactions, supporting HR operations, and ensuring data integrity across systems. This position is ideal for professionals with 1–3 years of experience looking to grow their career in HR systems and analytics.Key Responsibilities Manage and processemployee lifecycle transactions(onboarding, transfers, promotions, exits, etc.) in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. Ensure accuracy and consistency of employee master data and maintain compliance with HR policies and data governance standards. Support HR operations and handle employee data change requests in a timely and efficient manner. Collaborate with HR business partners, payroll, and IT teams to ensure smooth integration and data flow. Generate standard and ad-hocHR reportsusing EC and related tools. Participate in testing, documentation, and deployment of EC enhancements or new functionalities. Provide day-to-day system and process support to HR and end users. Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the HR technology landscape.Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience working withSAP SuccessFactors Employee Central . Solid understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management. Experience inHR data management, reporting, and troubleshooting . Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills. Excellentverbal and written communication skills . Ability to work collaboratively across teams and handle confidential information with discretion.Preferred Qualifications SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification (optional but desirable). Exposure toHR integrations(e.g., Payroll, Recruiting, or Performance modules). Experience withticketing toolsor HR service delivery platforms. Understanding ofdata privacy and GDPR compliancein HR systems.
