PAM Analyst

Job Summary :

We are seeking a PAM Analyst (CyberArk Operations Specialist) with 23 years of hands-on experience to join our Identity and Access Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operational support, onboarding, and lifecycle management of privileged accounts and platforms using CyberArk.

The role requires a working understanding of cloud environments such as AWS and Azure, and foundational knowledge of Windows, Linux, and database systems.

This position plays a critical role in maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of enterprise systems by ensuring secure and compliant access to privileged accounts across hybrid (on-prem + cloud) Responsibilities Administration & Operations :

- Manage CyberArk components such as PVWA, CPM, PSM, and PTA.

- Perform day-to-day operational tasks including password rotations, safes management, platform configurations, and policy enforcement.

- Onboard and manage privileged accounts for various platforms (OS, DB, applications).

- Monitor and respond to system alerts and logs, ensuring timely incident resolution and escalation.

- Perform health checks and maintain high availability of CyberArk Onboarding & Lifecycle Management :

- Work with IT and application teams to identify, onboard, and maintain privileged accounts.

- Develop and enforce CyberArk onboarding checklists and procedures.

- Assist in automation of onboarding workflows where & Hybrid Environment Integration :

- Support CyberArk operations in hybrid environments with infrastructure hosted on AWS and Azure.

- Maintain secure access controls for IaaS/PaaS workloads.

- Troubleshoot access issues related to cloud-hosted privileged & Security Support :

- Ensure adherence to internal policies, industry standards (e.g., NIST, ISO), and regulatory frameworks (e.g., SOX, GDPR).

- Assist with internal and external audits by providing evidence, reports, and analysis.

- Support periodic reviews and cleanup of dormant or risky & Documentation :

- Liaise with application, infrastructure, and InfoSec teams to align PAM controls with business needs.

- Maintain and update operational documentation, SOPs, and runbooks.

- Train and support junior staff or service desk teams on CyberArk usage and Skills & Qualifications :

- 2 to 3 years of experience in CyberArk operations and support.

- Hands-on experience in managing account safes, platform configurations, and password rotation Skills :

- Basic understanding of Windows, Linux/Unix, and major database platforms (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL).

- Working knowledge of AWS and/or Azure (IaaS and PaaS) environments.

- Familiarity with Active Directory, LDAP, and other identity & Technologies :

- CyberArk components (PVWA, CPM, PSM, PTA).

- Knowledge of automation tools or scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python) is a plus.

- Basic SIEM/log analysis experience is a Skills :

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.

- Detail-oriented with good documentation habits.
