Job Description: Product and Project ManagerLocation: Pune (Completely Work-from-Office)About Ayekart :Ayekart is a rapidly growing technology-driven organization specializing in agri-business, retail distribution, and supply chain solutions. We leverage innovative technology and data-driven approaches to deliver seamless digital experiences and robust business solutions.Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced Product and Project Manager with at least 7 years of experience to lead and manage product lifecycles and project implementations. The ideal candidate is data-oriented, proficient in SQL, well-versed in SCRUM methodologies, and knowledgeable about JavaScript, overall system design, and architecture.Roles and Responsibilities :- Lead product development lifecycle, from ideation and requirement gathering to product launch and continuous improvement.- Manage projects ensuring timely completion within defined budgets and scope.- Utilize SCRUM methodologies to effectively manage agile product and project development cycles.- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, QA, and stakeholders to deliver quality products.- Use data analytics and SQL proficiency to drive product decisions and performance evaluations.- Understand and contribute to overall system design and architecture discussions.- Manage and maintain clear documentation and reporting through tools like Jira, Confluence, and Figma.- Identify, communicate, and mitigate risks proactively.- Conduct sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.Requirements :- Minimum 7 years of combined experience in product and project management.- Must possess hands-on experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies.- Strong data-driven decision-making abilities; proficiency in SQL is mandatory.- Solid understanding of JavaScript, software architecture, and overall system design.- Proficient with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Figma, and Confluence.- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Preferred Qualifications : - Certification as a SCRUM Master or Agile practitioner.- Previous experience in fintech, agri-tech, retail distribution, or supply chain sectors.Why Ayekart? - Opportunity to work in an innovative, technology-focused environment.- Collaborative and growth-oriented workplace culture.- Competitive salary package and professional growth opportunities.Work Location : Pune (Fully work-from-office)Employment Type : Full-timeHow to Apply : Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their updated CV and a cover letter detailing their relevant experience and skills.
