Role Overview:

- We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Cofounder to join our founding team as the front face of Dhaal Pay Technologies Pvt Ltd.

- You will play a crucial role in shaping the company's strategy, growth, and market presence.

- You will be responsible for driving business development, forging strategic partnerships, and leading the team to achieve our mission of providing a secure and trustworthy ecosystem for digital transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Dhaal Pay as the face of the company, driving vision, strategy, and execution.

- Oversee day- to- day operations and ensure alignment with the company's objectives.

- Develop and implement growth strategies in both B2B and B2C fintech sectors.

- Foster partnerships with banks, insurance companies, payment aggregators, and other key stakeholders.

- Innovate and identify new opportunities to enhance Dhaalpay's services and expand its market reach.

- Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold the highest standards of data security and privacy.

- Build and lead a high- performing team, nurturing a culture of collaboration, innovation, and agility.

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and public forums.

Qualifications: Proven experience in a leadership role within the fintech industry, with a strong background in both B2B and B2C markets.
