Delivering from Redmond-WA, USA, Guadalajara, Mexico, and Hyderabad, India, our scalable solutions cater precisely to diverse business requirements and multiple time zones (US time zone alignment).About the Role:We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Data Analyst to join our Sales and Business Intelligence team. This role is ideal for recent graduates passionate about data, visualization, and reporting who want to start their career in a dynamic and collaborative environment. The selected candidate will receive hands-on training and mentoring to build skills in reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and automation using industry-leading tools.Key Responsibilities:- Assist in collecting, cleaning, and preparing datasets for reporting and analysis. - Support the development of basic dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI under the guidance of senior analysts. - Help monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate simple reports for business users. - Participate in weekly team meetings to understand data-related needs and contribute to business insights. - Document data processes and reporting standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Presales, and Partner Managers to gather reporting requirements. - Support internal data management tasks, CRM data entry, and accuracy checks.Required Qualifications:- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related discipline. - Strong foundation in Microsoft Excel (basic knowledge of formulas, charts, Pivot Tables). - Basic understanding of data analysis concepts and willingness to learn BI tools like Power BI. - Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. - Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of data analytics. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Team player with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced work environment.Preferred (Good to Have):- Internship or academic projects involving data analysis, reporting, or visualization. - Exposure to SQL, Power BI, or any data visualization tool is a plus. - Familiarity with CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce is an advantage. - Basic understanding of cloud computing and Microsoft Azure ecosystem is desirable.Equal Employment Opportunity Declaration:WCT is an equal opportunity employer.
