What is the role that we need? We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Technology Leader to drive our technology strategy and its role in innovative business solutions. This role is pivotal in shaping our technology landscape and ensuring that our systems and processes align with our business goals. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of technology trends, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute the technology strategy and roadmap aligned with the organization’s objectives.
  • Technology Product Ownership: Own Automation and AI products which form a critical part of our Business Process Optimisation solutions offered to customers
  • Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of technology professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, excellence in execution and continuous improvement.
  • Technology Integration: Evaluate, recommend, and implement new technologies and tools to improve processes and systems with the goal of partnering with best in class solutions first wherever possible.
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to understand their technology needs and provide solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential technology risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the technology budget. Optimize resource allocation and cost-effectiveness.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze technology performance metrics. Report on progress and outcomes to senior management.
  • Innovation: Drive technological innovation by exploring new trends and technologies that can provide a competitive advantage.
  • Evangelist Thought leader and evangelist responsible for acting as the face of the company internally and externally.


Job Requirements and Credentials:


Essential

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a technology leader (CXO - 1) in implementing leading edge technology projects and diverse teams in BPO, Technology Solutions businesses
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.

  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of software development, Automation, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and data management.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams, manage cross-functional projects, and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
