About Us:

Rama / Phoenix Water Filter, a pioneer in the water filtration industry since 1972, has broadened its presence across multiple marketplaces. We are looking for a highly skilled B2C and D2C Specialist with a proven track record to manage and optimize our digital sales channels across the USA, UK, and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take complete ownership of our Amazon and Shopify platforms, managing all aspects from setup to sales optimization.
  • Ensure seamless product listing, pricing, promotions, inventory management, and customer engagement.
  • Look after web development in house support or third-party service, stock management, returns processing, and overall portal efficiency.
  • Develop strategies to increase online sales, improve brand visibility, and optimize customer experience on Amazon and Shopify.
  • Analyze sales trends and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure thorough understanding and compliance with Amazon and Shopify guidelines, policies, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.
  • Handle customer inquiries and reviews, ensuring satisfaction and responsible for end-to-end customer management.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in managing Amazon and Shopify portals.
  • Must have managed a marketing fund of at least ₹2 crore and overseen a revenue portfolio of ₹50 crore or more.
  • A strong educational foundation with excellent command of English and mathematics is essential.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, while proficiency in French is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Must have qualified in and excelled at Amazon or Shopify certification programs.
  • Thorough knowledge of both platforms from A to Z.

Selection Process:

  • Shortlisted candidates will undergo an intensive interview process to assess their expertise in independently managing operations on Amazon and Shopify.
  • Only candidates with a proven track record and in-depth expertise in Amazon and shopify can apply
  • Candidates with expertise in the consumer durables industry are preferred.
