Job Summary:

The main function of Operations Executive is to supervise and track on-ground staff to ensure quality &

quantity laundry operations. Your responsibilities will be that you will coordinate daily schedules, manage

shift rotations, make sure that all team members are trained, motivated as well as company standards are

being followed accordingly. The right candidate will be skilled in leading a team, resolving conflicts, and

managing workflows to ensure best service levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the daily workforce, including assigning tasks to laundry attendants, sorting
• staff, and delivery personnel.
• Develop and maintain shift schedules that optimise manpower allocation, especially during peak
• periods, to ensure timely processing of orders.
• Oversee the entire laundry process, from sorting to washing, drying, ironing, and packing, ensuring
• that each step is completed efficiently and meets quality standards.
• Ensure staff follow established safety protocols and hygiene practices within the facility.
• Identify and implement workflow enhancements to increase productivity and reduce errors.
• Track the Manpower attendance

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in operations management or relevant
• field is a plus.
• Proven experience in the laundry industry or similar operational roles.
• Strong understanding of laundry processes and garment care.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
