Responsibilities:

CRM System Implementation:

  • Ensure smooth integration with existing software systems and databases.

Data Management:

  • Oversee the collection, storage, and organization of customer data in the CRM system.
  • Implement data quality standards and procedures to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations, such as GDPR or CCPA.

Training and Support:

  • Provide training and ongoing support to dealership staff on CRM system usage and best practices.
