Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer specializing in ASP.NET to join our dynamic IT team at West Pharma. As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge web applications that facilitate the efficient operation of our business processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable software Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and other relevant technologies.

- Implement responsive and intuitive user interfaces to enhance user experience.

- Develop server-side logic and APIs for seamless integration with front-end components.

- Optimize application performance and ensure scalability, security, and reliability.

- Conduct thorough testing to identify and resolve defects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software.

- Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in web development, and proactively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers as Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a specialization in ASP.NET.

- Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.

- Strong understanding of front-end technologies, including JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and frameworks such as Angular or React.

- Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.

- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure.

- Knowledge of containerization and microservices architecture.

- Certification in ASP.NET development or related technologies.
