Description :Role : Java LeadMandatory Skills Required :- Java- Spring- REST API- Relational Database and any cloudExperience Required : 7+ years of relevant experienceLocation : TrivandrumNotice Period : Immediate joiners to 30 daysJD FYR :Senior Backend EngineerWe are looking for a highly skilled Senior Backend Engineer to join our team.You will be responsible for designing and developing scalable backend services using the Spring Framework and Java, ensuring robust API design and a microservices architecture.The ideal candidate is a problem solver, an excellent communicator, and a team player with hands-on experience in modern software development practices.Must-Have Qualifications :- 7+ years of professional experience, with at least 4 years in Java and Spring Framework development- Strong proficiency in Java programming and Spring Framework- Solid understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture- Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker- Working knowledge of CI/CD tools and pipelines- Understanding of software engineering best practices including version control, unit testing, and integration testing- Excellent problem-solving skills- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a teamGood-to-Have Skills :- Experience with Kubernetes or other container orchestration tools- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud- Knowledge of NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra)- Familiarity with message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ- Experience with performance tuning and optimization of backend services- Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks- Contribution to open-source projects or active participation in developer communitiesSkills :- Java,Spring,REST API ,Relational Database (ref:hirist.tech)
