This role requires strong ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, with a particular emphasis onpassive sourcing strategies . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying and engaging top tech talent beyond traditional platforms like LinkedIn and Naukri, using alternative sourcing channels and creative outreach methods. A high level of stakeholder engagement, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.Key Responsibilities Proactively identify and engage top IT talent throughpassive sourcing channels(GitHub, Stack Overflow, AngelList, Indeed, Twitter/X, alumni networks, meetups, etc.). Develop and execute sourcing strategiesto attract candidates forniche and hard-to-fill technology roles . Conduct detailedmarket mapping and talent intelligenceto understand competitor hiring trends and availability of niche skills. Build and maintain talent pipelinesfor critical and future hiring needs. Screen and evaluatecandidates’ technical and cultural fit through initial assessments and discussions. Partner closely with hiring managers and technical interview panels to definerole requirements and sourcing priorities . Drivediversity hiring initiativesand inclusive sourcing strategies. Provide regularstatus reports, market insights, and analyticsto stakeholders. Represent the employer brand positively and build long-term relationships with potential candidates.Key Skills & Competencies Strong experience inpassive sourcingandheadhunting techniques . Deep understanding ofIT technologies, tech stacks, and industry trends . Proficiency with multiple sourcing tools and platforms beyond LinkedIn & Naukri (e.g., GitHub, Stack Overflow, Hirect, Boolean search, X-Ray search, etc.). Expertise inBoolean search, advanced search operators , andsocial recruiting . Excellentcommunication and stakeholder management skills . Stronganalytical and research abilitiesfor market and talent mapping. Proven ability to managehigh-volume and niche skill hiringsimultaneously. Result-oriented , with the ability to deliver quality profiles under tight timelines. Skilled incandidate engagement, relationship building , and maintaining pipelines for future hiring.
