We pride ourselves on fostering a dynamic work environment that values creativity, continuous learning, and technical excellence.Job Description : - We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Solutions and Design Engineer to join our growing team at Innovature, Infopark, Kochi.- The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of technical expertise, architectural thinking, and client engagement skills someone who can design robust, scalable solutions while communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders.Key Responsibilities : - Collaborate with clients to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.- Design and document software architecture concepts, including system design diagrams, data flows, and integration plans.- Partner with technology experts and development teams to ensure solution feasibility, scalability, and performance.- Develop and deliver technical presentations and demos to support pre-sales engagements and client proposals.- Serve as a technical liaison between clients and internal teams, maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.- Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to ensure continuous innovation in solution design.Qualifications : - 4-7 years of experience in software development and design.- 1-2 years of experience in software or solution architecture roles (preferred).- Proven ability to conceptualize and translate complex requirements into practical, implementable solutions.- Strong understanding of software architecture concepts, design patterns, and modern application frameworks.- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a proven record of successful client interaction.- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple internal teams and stakeholders.- A strong commitment to continuous learning, professional growth, and staying updated with emerging technologies.Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) : - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).- Familiarity with microservices architecture, API design, and system integration.- Exposure to pre-sales solutioning or client-facing technical roles.Why Join Innovature : - Work in a collaborative and innovative environment that values creativity and excellence.- Opportunity to design and deliver impactful software solutions for global clients.- Continuous learning and professional development programs.- Competitive compensation and a supportive workplace culture at Infopark, Kochi.
