The ideal candidate will serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) across multiple EPM modules, ensure seamless production support, and collaborate with global teams to deliver high-quality enterprise performance management solutions.Key Responsibilities :- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of EPM consultants to ensure successful project execution and delivery.- Act as the SME for Oracle Cloud EPM modules including Planning, Financials, Workforce, and Capital.- Oversee production support, AMS ticket management, patch upgrades, and issue resolution activities.- Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to ensure quality and timely project delivery.- Implement best practices, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with client and internal standards.- Provide technical and functional guidance to team members and support their professional development.- Engage in client interactions, addressing escalations and ensuring high customer satisfaction.Qualifications & Skills :- 8- 12 years of experience in Oracle EPM implementation, support, and team leadership.- Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud modules (Planning, Financials, Workforce, Capital, etc.).- Proven experience managing teams and delivering end-to-end EPM projects.- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.- Oracle EPM certifications are an added advantage.What We Offer :- Comprehensive benefits package with performance-based incentives.- Professional growth opportunities through structured learning and career development programs.- Flexible work-life balance in a collaborative, innovation-driven culture.- Exposure to global projects and cutting-edge enterprise technologies.Why Join SNAD Developers :At SNAD Developers, we believe in empowering our people.
