Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Factory Manager at PSK Infrapower Private Limited in Kalanaur.

The Factory Manager will oversee:

  • The day-to-day administration of the manufacturing plant;
  • Manage a team of production supervisors and workers;
  • Ensure that production goals are met efficiently and effectively;
  • Legal/ Statutory Compliance;
  • Implementing and maintaining Labour compliance viz. The Factory Act, 1948; The Minimum Wages Act 1948; The Employees' State Insurance Act, 1948; The Employees' Provident Funds and Misc. Provision (EPF AND MP) Act, 1952; etc.;
  • Liaisoning with PF, ESIC, Labour, Factory, Electricity etc.;
  • Monitoring inventory levels;
  • Managing the budget for the factory.

Qualifications

  • Production Planning and Production Management skills
  • Knowledge of Manufacturing Operations
  • Leadership and Personnel Management skills
  • Analytical and Problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Relations/Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in the PEB industry is a plus
