  • Position is to support the plant in achieving the target by carrying out the responsibilities of the material handling system, procurement, documentation standards, IS, safety system, etc. in level of middle Management Position.
  • stores as per standard operating procedure
  • Storage and issuance of materials, Engineering Spares, packing material, and miscellaneous items in Stores
  • Perpetually inventory the system regularly and ensure 100 % inventory accuracy.
  • Review the fast-moving inventory and replenish the stacks in time and also control non-moving stocks at stores of Finished goods dispatches
  • Transportation of Imported Raw Materials on timely disposal of scraps
  • Practices like systems, safety systems through continual improvement and creating a good atmosphere at stores
  • Record keeping as per system Standards of all records and documents report, GRN postings, GRN completion, daily and issuance.
  • All types of MM transactions in the system ( Service PO, GRN, etc.,) in counts/ measures of items during receipt and issues.
  • Inward /outward movement for engineering items of nonmoving materials concerning time study and report to management
  • Booking the material with economic transport-keeping practices and 5s audits in the working area.
  • SHE standard and PPE for self and contract recruits.
  • Material Management / SAP MM Module (Required)
  • Experience in the Chemical processing industry
