Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop BIM models for electrical systems within building projects.
  • Utilize BIM software (such as Revit, AutoCAD MEP, Navisworks) to design and coordinate electrical systems effectively.
  • Conduct clash detection and resolution to ensure seamless integration of electrical components with other building systems.
  • Generate accurate quantity take-offs, schedules, and reports from BIM models.
  • Stay updated on industry standards and best practices related to BIM and electrical engineering.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience minimum of 4 years working as a BIM Modeler/Engineer.
  • Proficiency in BIM software, including Revit, AutoCAD MEP, and Navisworks.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems design and installation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Understanding of Electrical power distribution systems.
  • Experience with large infrastructure including Hospitals, Data Centers, Manufacturing Facilities, Water Treatment Plants, Commercial, and Residential High-Rise
