- The General Manager Projects from a Real Estate business background will be responsible for the management of design, construction, logistics, procurement, and budgets to ensure the efficiency of time, quality and cost of assigned projects. The general manager projects will also be responsible to plan and coordinate all aspects of the construction process including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects and vendors.

- Lead and manage full-cycle real estate development projects, including new construction, restoration, and ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion.

- Prepare and oversee detailed project management and construction schedules in alignment with business objectives and project complexity.

- Supervise construction managers and site teams to ensure progress, productivity, and compliance with approved designs, safety standards, and building codes.

- Coordinate closely with architects, designers, consultants, technical teams, contractors, purchase, admin, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.

- Work in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders to ensure that all projects are delivered ahead of schedule, within budget, and at optimal quality.

- Develop weekly project snapshots, dashboards, and detailed action plans for ongoing and upcoming projects.

- Implement a robust reporting system tailored to the requirements of senior leadership, providing clear insights into project performance and risks.

- Drive over 95% stakeholder satisfaction by maintaining effective communication, managing expectations, and ensuring zero complaints.

- Ensure full resource availability and effective allocation to meet the demands of concurrent projects.

- Monitor resource utilization to maintain over 95% efficiency and reduce wastage.

- Achieve consistent improvement in productivity (>2% quarterly) by streamlining workflows and enforcing construction best practices.

- Identify risks proactively and implement 100% effective mitigation strategies through risk forecasting, planning, and SOPs.

- Maintain zero critical incidents by continuously monitoring risk factors and applying real-time controls.

- Measure project performance using modern project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, ERP), and ensure 100% accuracy and timeliness in reporting.

- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all phases of project development, including planning, approvals, construction, handover, and audit.

- Promote knowledge-sharing and collaboration across teams to improve project outcomes and ensure cohesive delivery.

- Mentor and upskill team members through monthly training programs focused on construction techniques, project management principles, and compliance.

- Achieve at least one team member promotion annually by investing in structured performance development.

- Stay current with RERA guidelines, urban development norms, environmental regulations, and other compliance matters, and cascade updates to relevant teams.

- Foster a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative team culture aligned with the company's real estate goals.
