Key Responsibilities:PMO & Tracking:- Maintain dashboards of ongoing strategic projects and track action items to closure. - Follow up with functional heads and ensure timelines are met. - Proactively identify delays, blockers, or overlaps.Operational Oversight:- Oversee manufacturing and supply chain operations with a focus on scalability and efficiency.- Monitor cost and inventory systems to support profitability.- Leverage digital tools and dashboards for decision support and operational control.Cross-functional Coordination:- Engage with multiple departments to identify synergies, risks, and interdependencies.- Help align business teams on common goals and Build, update, and polish high-impact presentations and reports for leadership reviews, investor decks, and strategic meetings.Business Analysis:- Support data collation, research, and ad hoc analysis for business decisions.- Work on internal reports and insight generation.Leadership Support:- Be the right hand to the Director - present summaries, schedule reviews, and prepare documentation required for critical decision-making.
