Role Overview:

As a Fusion SCM Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules, with a focus on various functional areas including Order Management, Pricing and Inventory, Manufacturing and Planning, and Manufacturing and Costing.

Key and Configuration:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into Fusion SCM system configurations.

- Configure Fusion SCM modules according to business needs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

- Customize workflows, setups, and configurations to optimize system functionality.

Functional Support:

- Provide ongoing functional support for Fusion SCM modules, including troubleshooting issues, resolving user queries, and addressing system enhancement requests.

- Conduct regular system audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

- Work closely with technical teams for issue resolution and system enhancements.

Module Expertise:

Specialize in specific Fusion SCM functional areas, including:

- Order Management and Pricing: Manage order processing, pricing strategies, and customer interactions.

- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control, stock levels, and warehouse operations.

- Manufacturing and Planning: Plan and execute manufacturing processes, production scheduling, and resource allocation.

- Manufacturing and Costing: Monitor manufacturing costs, analyze cost variances, and optimize production expenses.

Business Process Alignment:

- Analyze and map business processes to Fusion SCM functionality, identifying opportunities for process optimization and automation.

- Recommend and implement system enhancements to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

User Training and Documentation:

- Conduct end-user training sessions to educate stakeholders on Fusion SCM functionality and best practices.

- Create user manuals, training materials, and documentation to support system usage and knowledge 4-8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM) implementation and support.

- Proficiency in Fusion SCM modules, with expertise in at least one of the following functional areas:

1. Order Management and Pricing

2. Inventory Management

3. Manufacturing and Planning

4. Manufacturing and Costing

- Strong understanding of supply chain business processes and industry standards.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.

- Certification in Oracle Fusion SCM modules is preferred but not mandatory.
