Job Description :


We are seeking a seasoned DotNet Fullstack development with 5-12 years of experience in software development, specializing in .NET full-stack technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing large-scale projects and leading cross-functional teams, with a focus on .NET technologies and front-end frameworks.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage end-to-end software development projects involving .NET full-stack technologies, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.

- Oversee development using ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server, and modern front-end frameworks like Angular or React.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring the use of best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.

- Manage Agile processes including Scrum, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

- Ensure effective collaboration between cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and business analysts.

- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project delivery within scope, time, and budget.

- Develop and implement performance monitoring and improvement strategies for team productivity.

- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and improvement within the team.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience as a FullStack/Technical Lead with a strong track record of successfully delivering projects involving .NET full-stack development.

- Expertise in ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server, and modern front-end technologies such as Angular or React.

- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, with proven project management skills.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams.

- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a demonstrated ability to make informed decisions under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS) is a plus.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
