You will lead a team of developers, contribute to architectural decisions, and play a key role in building scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications.This is a hands-on leadership role that balances strong technical expertise with people Responsibilities : - Lead and mentor a team of full stack developers across front-end and back-end technologies.- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, robust, and secure applications.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality software.- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architecture.- Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability through regular code reviews and adherence to best practices.- Drive agile practices like sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.- Stay updated with emerging technologies and tools to improve development processes continuously.- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems for performance and scalability.- Assist in hiring and onboarding new team : - 8+ years of experience in full stack development.- 2+ years of experience in a technical lead or team lead role.- Strong hands-on experience with front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).- Solid back-end development skills using Node.js, Python, Java, or similar languages.- Strong database knowledge (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis).- Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and server-side frameworks.- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).- Understanding of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Strong communication skills and a collaborative : Why Join Kadel Labs?- Opportunity to work with a fast-growing, innovative company.- A dynamic work environment where creativity and new ideas are encouraged.- Competitive salary and benefits package.- Professional development opportunities in a people-first culture.
