Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Generative AI professional. The role involves working on day-to-day tasks related to Generative AI projects and initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of algorithms, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.


Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess a strong background in Generative AI with at least 3+ years of experience
  • Demonstrated expertise in data visualization, predictive modeling, data management, and analytics reporting
  • Proficiency in relevant programming languages such as Python, R, or similar.
  • Experience in working with big data, building data-driven solutions, and optimizing business processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Programming skills in Java/Python is MUST.
  • Developing and deploying use cases with LLMs, particularly with document extraction and processing capabilities. 
  • Drive and develop scalable AI models for efficiency. 
  • Collaborate with investment professionals for designing, developing, and deploying solutions.
  • Build integrations to the existing technology stack.
  • Hand-on experience with python and CI/CD tools. Familiar with Gen AI and NLP approaches. Track record of putting models into real-world applications. Experience with small POCs and pilots. 
  • Looking for someone that is very collaborative on the soft skills side. Communication skills, collaboration, and strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
