Purpose

We are seeking a skilled, dynamic and experienced Public Relations Manager to join our growing team at LTSCT. As the Public Relations Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic communication plans and ensuring that our company maintains a positive public image. This is a vital role in our organization, as you will be the face and voice of the company, building strong relationships with media outlets, stakeholders, and the public.

Areas Of Responsibility

PR Strategy:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive public relations strategies aligned with LTSCT business goals and brand positioning.
  • Define key messages and narratives to effectively communicate LTSCT value proposition to the media and the public.
  • Provide strategic counsel to senior business leaders and business teams, and manage their media engagements and speaking opportunities.

Media Relations:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, bloggers and influencers in the Technology / semiconductor industry.
  • Secure media coverage for press releases, interviews, and thought leadership articles.

Content Creation:

  • Draft and edit press releases, media kits, and other written materials for media distribution.
  • Work closely with the content team & agency to ensure consistent messaging across all communications.
  • Identify and leverage data to support storytelling efforts – build trust and strong relations with internal teams to mine for good stories.

Crisis Communication:

  • Develop and implement crisis communication plans to address any potential issues or controversies.
  • Monitor social media and online conversations to identify emerging issues.
  • Prepare and deliver clear and concise communication to stakeholders during crisis situations.

Event Management:

  • Plan and coordinate media events, product launches, and press conferences to maximize media coverage.
  • Identify speaking opportunities and secure participation in relevant industry events.

Collaboration with Partners:

  • Work closely with marketing, PR agency, and editorial teams to align PR efforts with overall business strategies.
  • Leverage partnerships and collaborations for enhanced media exposure.

Monitoring and Analysis:

  • Monitor media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities and potential risks.
  • Analyse and report on the effectiveness of PR campaigns using relevant metrics.


Experience and Qualification

  • degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • years of work experience in PR agencies or in-house teams, & preferably (not limited to) in consumer tech brands, new age internet companies, or in a start-up environment in a managerial role
  • understanding of PR and media landscape in US, Europe and Japan
  • understanding of public relations best practices, media relations, and crisis management

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, able to prioritize and work under pressure.

Ability to work independently and collaborate with remote global team members.
